Manuscript Preparation & Submission

Format. All submissions must follow the official IEEE conference proceedings template (two-column, 10pt Times Roman). Use the IEEE templates available at ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.

Length. Regular papers: 6–8 pages including references. A maximum of 2 additional pages may be added at a per-page fee at the camera-ready stage.

Originality. Submissions must be original work not concurrently under review elsewhere. IEEE CrossCheck similarity scans are applied to all accepted manuscripts.

Review. Double-blind peer review by at least three program committee members. Acceptance rate target: 35-40%.
