All technical sessions, workshops, and the doctoral consortium are held at the Zijingang International Conference Center, located on Zhejiang University's flagship campus in Hangzhou's western academic district. The venue features a 600-seat main auditorium, six parallel session rooms, and exhibition space for posters and sponsors.

Travel Information

By Air

Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH) serves direct international flights from Tokyo, Seoul, Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Taipei, Frankfurt, and other major cities. The airport is approximately 35 km southeast of the venue (45-60 min by taxi or airport express).

By High-Speed Rail

Hangzhou is connected to Shanghai (45 min), Beijing (4h 30min), Nanjing (1h 10min), and other Chinese cities via the national high-speed rail network. Hangzhou East Railway Station is 12 km from the venue.

Local Transport

Hangzhou Metro Line 3 stops at Yuhangtang Road Station, a 5-min walk from the Zijingang campus. Didi/taxis are widely available; Alipay and WeChat Pay are required (international cards have limited acceptance — please prepare a Chinese mobile payment account in advance).

Visa

International delegates may require a Chinese tourist (L) or business (M) visa. As of late 2024, citizens of many countries (including Singapore, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Malaysia) benefit from a 15-day visa-free transit through Hangzhou. Please verify requirements with your nearest Chinese embassy. The organising committee can provide a formal invitation letter for visa applications upon registration confirmation.
